There’s no need to overcomplicate the summer storage process. We can tell you exactly what you will need, how much it will cost and above all answer any questions you may have.
Students have relatively little therefore will be wanting a 25 square foot unit. In other words this is 5ft x 5ft ground floor area which is then 8ft high. This is plenty space to pack all of your goods safely.
For example with the suggested 25square foot unit. The total move in cost is first 4 weeks rent of £60.
Automatically monthly payments will then be made each month until you move out. When you move out you will get a refund for any unused storage days.
We need no notice period to move out, give you a free padlock and insurance is optional.
To clarify, all you need is;
– Photographic ID
– Bank card (we don’t accept cash)
Each student storage unit in Newcastle is accessible during our opening hours of Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm.
We need one individual to be the ‘lead’ storer, but it is common for students to split the cost between themselves.
Parents paying?
Every situation is different, however if parents are wanting to pay for the unit that isn’t a problem at all. This doesn’t really change anything.
